TURNAROUND TIME
All products are handmade in small batches by one person using premium ingredients and specialty pigments.
Current turnaround time is approximately 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated during special events, preorders, or large releases. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note that group orders and large international orders may require additional processing time.
Updates regarding turnaround times are typically posted in our Facebook group and on social media.
SHIPPING PROCESS
Shipping labels are often printed before orders are fully packed. Because of this, tracking may show “Label Created” for several days before movement updates appear.
This is normal.
Orders are packed in the order they are received unless an issue requires correction (such as address verification or shipping errors).
TRANSFER OF ASSETS
Ownership of all purchased items transfers to the buyer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
The Don Deeva is not responsible for packages that are:
- Lost
- Stolen
- Delayed
- Damaged in transit
- Marked as delivered by the carrier
By placing an order, the purchaser agrees to file any necessary claims directly with the shipping carrier.
MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office or carrier immediately.

Packages marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
International orders and forwarding-service orders will not be refunded or replaced once they are in transit or marked delivered to the forwarding service.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
The Don Deeva is not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Import duties
- VAT charges
- Tariffs
- Customs fees
Buyers are responsible for understanding their country’s import restrictions before placing an order.
Some countries restrict nail polish shipments. Orders returned due to customs restrictions will not have shipping refunded.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds, cancellations, or order changes are not guaranteed and are handled solely at the discretion of The Don Deeva.
If a refund is approved for reasons unrelated to maker error:
- Orders already shipped may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Unshipped orders may be subject to non-refundable payment processing fees
Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at deevateam@gmail.com with clear photos.
If a return is required, instructions will be provided. Failure to return requested items within the stated timeframe may void replacement eligibility.
As a small handmade business, occasional mistakes can happen. We will always do our best to resolve legitimate issues fairly and professionally.
THERMALS & SOLARS
Thermal and solar pigments are sensitive specialty pigments.
Exposure to:
- Extreme heat
- Extreme cold
- Direct sunlight
- Improper storage
may affect performance if not properly handled over time.
PREORDERS
Preorder items will clearly state their estimated shipping window within the listing description.
Any items purchased alongside preorder items will ship together once the preorder is ready.
COMBINED SHIPPING
We cannot guarantee combined shipping due to order volume.
If you would like orders combined, email deevateam@gmail.com before shipping labels are printed.
Combining orders does not guarantee refunded shipping costs.

The Don Deeva reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny future purchases at any time due to abusive behavior, harassment, fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy violations.
Being kind does not mean tolerating disrespect.

- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian
- You have read and agreed to all shop policies
